Westby Highlands Ranch, located in Lake Placid, Highlands County, Florida, has been raising and selling cattle since 1964. We produce premium cattle for the stocker and feeding sectors of the industry.  Our cross breeding utilizes Brahman, Angus, Simmental, and Charolais as a terminal cross. We use EPDs to predict and thus improve our quality, in order satisfy industry needs and to produce the best quality for the consumer. We offer truck load lots of calves a year directly from our ranch. 

Customer feedback confirms that Westby steers and heifers have strong conversion rates in feedlots and produce above average yield and quality. We welcome visits from producers and buyers.

Westby Highlands Ranch is a member of the Florida Cattlemen’s Association, the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association, and the United States Animal Health Association.
